For this experience, you’ll try out an outdoor yoga class in a scenic setting surrounded by elements of nature. You’ll be practicing an invigorating yoga flow, tailored to beginners, with guidance from a professional instructor. Taking place in any type of weather, your al-fresco session will focus on working your joints, building strength and flexibility and balancing your breath.

For Monday and Tuesday classes, meet at Hove Lawns near the Peace Statue.
For Thursday classes, meet at Brunswick Square.
Your instructor will have a large orange banner with a logo and flag.

Wednesday class is at 12:30, in st ann's well gardens.
